Generation failures
A confirmed failed task returns the credits reserved for that task once. A network timeout is not proof of failure. We reconcile the existing task rather than submit another paid job. A completed provider result with a download problem is retried from the same result without another generation charge.
Purchase refunds
Contact support within 14 days for unused-credit purchase refunds, duplicate charges or billing errors. Used credits and completed AI results are generally not refundable unless required by law. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence. Approved refunds are processed through Dodo Payments; bank processing times vary, and refunded credits are removed proportionally.
